APPLICATION TIPS
To draw an ultra fine line, use the tip of the pen along the lash line and gently glide from the inner corner of the eye to the outer edge. For thick intense application, use the side of the pen and run along the lash line. To achieve the ultimate cat eye, press the side of the applicator down angled upwards, from the outer edge of the eye for a winged look. As a guide to achieving a precise line, use SuperWear Gel Liner to draw a soft line first and folllow with Luxe Liner over the top.
