All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Aotearoa New Zealand Law.

Cancellations & Late Appointments
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of an appointment. If this occurs, the client will not be refunded payment.
Late appointments may forfeit their service if scheduling does not allow for time changes. If a client is late for an appointment and no others are available, they may not be refunded.
Please call us to discuss any cancellations, late appointments or for future appointment changes.
Discounts and Special Offer Codes
At times, discount and special offer codes may be made available. These codes can and only may be used in accordance to the terms set out at the time of the offer.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is required upon booking a service online. Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any point.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Aotearoa New Zealand.
